Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Morrow Sleep, a brand of 256 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 15 699 759 352) ("we", "us", "Morrow"), collects, uses and discloses your personal information when you visit morrowsleep.com.au, use our services, or otherwise communicate with us.

  • Contact details including your name, delivery address, billing address, phone number and email address
  • Order information including what you bought, when, and the delivery details
  • Payment information, processed by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers
  • Account information if you create an account, including your username and password
  • Communications with us, including emails and support messages
  • Device and usage information including IP address, browser type, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar technologies

Where we get it

Directly from you when you place an order, create an account or contact us. Automatically from your device when you browse the site. And from service providers such as our payment processors and shipping partners.

How we use it

To process and deliver your order, to provide customer support, to send you order updates, to send marketing if you have asked for it, to detect and prevent fraud, to improve our products and site, and to meet our legal obligations.

How we disclose it

We share personal information with:

  • Shopify, which powers our online store
  • Payment processors, to take payment
  • Our fulfilment and shipping partners, including our manufacturing partner in China and the carriers who deliver your parcel, so your order can reach you
  • Service providers for analytics, email, cloud hosting and customer support
  • Advertising partners where you have consented, for personalised advertising
  • Authorities, where we are required to by law

We do not sell your personal information.

International transfers

Because your Morrow Band is dispatched from our manufacturing partner in China, your name, delivery address and phone number are shared with that partner and with international carriers so your order can be shipped. Our technology providers may also store data outside Australia. Where information is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is handled consistently with the Australian Privacy Principles.

Marketing

If you have opted in, we may send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or by emailing us. You will still receive transactional emails about your order.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember your cart, understand how the site is used, and measure our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work properly if you disable them.

Children

Our site and products are not directed at children under 15, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security and retention
