1. These terms

This website is operated by 256 Group Pty Ltd (ABN 15 699 759 352), trading as Morrow Sleep. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.

3. Products

We do our best to describe the Morrow Band accurately, including its features and specifications. Product images are representative. Minor variations in colour or finish may occur.

The Morrow Band is a wearable alarm. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Temperature readings on the device are a supplementary feature and are not intended for medical use.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price, in which case we will refund you in full.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation. If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you and refund you in full.

6. Delivery

Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details on dispatch, delivery and lost parcels.

7. Returns and refunds

See our Refund and Returns Policy. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and the Morrow Sleep name, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or our products. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
